The fun continues! Last time we checked in, Ryan and Asha were in Vienna enjoying music and ferris wheel rides. Next they traveled to Istanbul to tour beautiful mosques and make new Turkish friends. Read on to see what they did during their four days in Istanbul…
As they were traveling, Ryan and Asha filmed hundreds of hours of footage, which includes dozens of Viator tours plus some fun behind-the-scenes moments. Stay tuned for more tour video updates in the coming months, and in the meantime check out a recap of some of the adventures they captured on their iPad!
Day 1
To get introduced to Turkey, the team met up with Cem Balsun, a Viator Private Guide in Istanbul. Cem took them to a Turkish bathhouse and the Blue Mosque, one of the city’s most popular sights.

Day 2
On their second day, another Viator Private Guide, Emre Ozkara, showed them more of the city’s amazing attractions. Hagia Sophia, a former church and mosque but now a museum, is famous for its architecture and for being an important monument throughout history.

That night they enjoyed Turkish pancakes and a little walk around the city:
Day 3
Once again Emre gave Team Europe an insider’s look at Istanbul, which of course included eating delicious local foods:

Day 4
On a Bosphorus Cruise and Istanbul’s Egyptian Bazaar tour, Ryan and Asha saw great views of Istanbul from the water, plus spent some time wandering through the colorful Egyptian Spice Market.
Then for their last night in Turkey, they enjoyed an Istanbul by Night: Turkish Dinner and Show, which included a belly dance show.
